With this in mind, we’re beginning a series of Employee (Sando) Spotlights that will introduce our amazing team to the world!
And in the spirit of St. Patrick’s Day, we’re starting the series with our very own Irish Step Dancer, Rebecca Kender.
Rebecca has been a member of the Sales & Orders team dating back to some our earliest days back in 2014. It was then that she got her start as an Account Manager and pioneering some of the processes of our Client Success team.
She would eventually go on to change roles, and currently is a member of our Billing department.
Not only has she graced our team over her time with us, but she has graced many a stage as a competitive Irish Step Dancer, including placing 3rd at the 2012 Mid-Atlantic Regional Oireachtas, and qualifying to represent the USA in the 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016 World Championships.
In 2017, she took the leap into professional dancing and toured with Two Step Productions “Rhythm in the Night: The Irish Dance Spectacular,” and their Christmas Spectacular, “Carol of the King,” and was promoted to dance the lead role in 2018.
Throughout it all, she has dreamed of becoming a Certified Irish Dance Teacher, and in 2020 realized that dream. Following a rigorous certification process, she obtained her TCRG letters (Teagascóir Choimisiúin le Rinci Gaelacha), and has been sharing her passion for Irish Dance with all those who want to learn.
