Bethpage, NY – Sales & Orders (www.salesandorders.com) Management Software for Google Shopping has released its Q2 and Q3 US Google Shopping Growth Analysis Report on Monday November 13th, 2017.

Retailers using Sales & Orders’ Management Software for Google Shopping have seen continued growth throughout 2017, and are aiming at continued success as we approach Black Friday, Cyber Monday and the holiday season. Performance has been steadily increasing, not only quarter over quarter, but also year over year for e-commerce retailers.

Over these last 2 quarters, retailers seemed to be focused on driving more traffic to their websites and were willing to spend more to make it happen. Both Q2 and Q3 saw over 40% increases in total ad spend, which drove over 5 million total clicks to their e-commerce sites. These drastic increases led to substantial increases in both total revenue and, consequently, overall return on ad spend.

A major contributor to the increase in revenue and ROAS is consumer willingness to spend more online. In fact, the report shows that in Q3 average order values increased by 18% overall. This upward trend was led by tablets, where surprisingly the average order value increased by nearly 30%. This is certainly a good sign leading into the busiest time of the e-commerce year, and represents an opportunity for retailers to finish 2017 on a very high note.
