Tony is the VP of Marketing here at Sales & Orders, along with heading up the inbound and customer marketing teams, Tony also oversees partnerships and branding for our award-winning company and platform.
On October 25th, 2018, Google Premier Partners from all parts of the Americas (including Canada, US, South America) gathered together in New York City to honor finalists and name winners for the 2018 Premier Partner Awards.
We here at Sales & Orders were honored as finalists in the Shopping Innovation category in mid-September of 2018.
I, along with our co-founders Gregg Hanan and Bryan Natter, traveled to NYC to represent our company for the many years of hard work and dedication we have put into supporting ecommerce merchants around the globe in helping them succeed online with Google Shopping.
These awards are held each year by Google Partners to showcase leaders and innovators in various Google digital marketing categories including:
- Growing Businesses Online
Applicants and finalists in all categories submitted case studies showcasing all their efforts and were entered into an extensive judging process which included initial review by Google and then a second analysis by the largest professional services network in the world Deloitte to name the Finalists in reach category.
For the Americas, a total 43 Finalists (all categories) were then judged by a panel of three or more Director/Senior level Google employees and at least one external judging expert.
Sales & Orders: Winner, Shopping Innovation
Out of many applicants, the category of Shopping Innovation celebrating expertise and unique approaches in the implementation of Google Shopping campaigns, only 7 companies made it to the finals.
From that 7, we had the absolute honor and privilege of taking home the award as the 2018 Google Premier Partner in Shopping Innovation.
Our entry showcased our recent partnership with leading ecommerce platform BigCommerce and the development of Google Shopping by Sales & Orders.
At the time of submission for the 2018 Premier Partner Awards, we had successfully onboarded over 3500 BigCommerce merchants and maintained a 5/5 Star app rating with 70 reviews in the BigCommerce App Marketplace.
We continued to build upon our platform, adding new features every week and providing the same unparalleled support from the very beginning.
Today, we support over 5000 merchants with, a combined, tens of millions of Approved Products in their Google Merchant Center accounts.
From 70 app reviews, we have grown to over 100 in the few short months leading up to the Premier Partner Awards ceremony.
For us, this award represents so much more than the time and hard work that each, and every member of our team has put in over the years.
There are truly no words that can properly describe the feeling to have won.
